Applications are various for making Steaks, Ham and Sausages, Hotpot, Bacon, barbeque BBQ meat for Oriental and Western types and preliminary works for dice meat cube cuts.

Slice operation ranges from 1mm to 25mm, The wide and extra strong high speed steel knife blade has been adopted and its speed control is also available making all the same thickness for the meat loaf by simple touch panel input. Even the meat cutting thickness can make available during the meat slicing operation at the meat machine.

Meat input, Slicing, Cutting and Discharging of the meat material is simple and automatic way to make sure the user’s safety and easy working lessening work fatigue. These series of the meat slicing operation procedures come with touch screen control panel which will let first users operate the machine much easier than ever, let alone the degree of job maturity of the meat processing operators.

After slicing meat material, it makes clean and neat cross sections for meat slices stacked in line for next step also such as vacuum packing and arrange for next step including meat cube cut with our dicer 380N.
Clean and Easy maintenance for meat machine
High pressure water cleaning with hose for the meat chute channel and knife area including other meat contacting parts is also possible for maintaining full sanitation with HACCP standards and supports easy disassembly and assembly of the meat machine.
