The joint operation assembly between high speed meat slicer SLS380 and Dicer 380N is to maximize cube cut (dice cut) productivity. One of the big problems for Grid knife dicer is cutting membrane part in the meat that has incomplete cube, dice results. Because membranes cannot be cut completely inside of meats with grid knives, while they are batch processing meat loaf without precutting the meat. So we bring this joint operating dicer system for our clients to deliver complete dice cut, cube cut results and also maximizing the production capacity.
